Regime forfettario

The regime forfettario is a simplified tax regime for sole traders under a revenue cap, with substitute tax and lighter rules. For structured hosts or PMs with a VAT number it is often the alternative to ordinary taxation — and must not be confused with an individual owner’s cedolare secca.

“Forfettario vs cedolare” is among the site’s most searched comparisons: typical variables are annual turnover, profitability coefficient, INPS contributions and unit count. Above certain volumes, forfettario P.IVA can beat cedolare on net — but INPS is the line many napkin math misses.

This is not personalised tax advice: thresholds change. Use Dott.House guides for scenario numbers, then validate with an accountant. In-product management control separates revenue, costs and estimated tax per listing.
