How does per-unit pricing work?
You pay based on the tier of units you manage: €10/unit/month for 1-10 units, €8 for 11-30, €7 for 31-100, €5 for 101+. As you grow, the per-unit price drops automatically.
Are all features included even in the Starter plan?
Yes. We don't gate features: margin dashboard, PDF reports, cassetto fiscale integration, budgets, and alerts are included in every plan. The only thing that changes between tiers is per-unit price and setup fee.
What is the one-time setup fee?
It's a one-time cost to configure integrations with your channel manager / PMS and the cassetto fiscale, import historical data, build your cost structure, and prepare your custom dashboard. It ranges from €500 to €2,000 depending on number of units.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The monthly subscription renews month by month with no commitment. For annual subscriptions you can cancel at expiration.
What happens if I grow and change tier?
You move automatically to the next tier and the per-unit price adjusts (usually downward). No renegotiation, no new setup fee.
