Cassetto fiscale

The cassetto fiscale is the Italian Revenue Agency private area where a taxpayer (or delegated intermediary) views e-invoices, certifications and other tax data. For Italian PMs it is the primary source of passive cost invoices for accounting and management control — not a substitute for the PMS calendar.

Access requires Fisconline / SPID / CNS credentials depending on the entity. High-impression site queries cluster around Fisconline credentials, password recovery, companies and first login — the operational prerequisite to connect invoices to software. Intermediaries often need a formal delegation before they can open a client’s cassetto.

Dott.House integrates with the cassetto fiscale to import e-invoices and allocate them to listings, closing the gap between PMS bookings and documented Italian fiscal costs. The Fisconline credentials guide and FAQs cover the long-tail access problems hosts and PMs actually search for.
