How it works

Krossbooking is one of the most-used PMSs among Italian property managers: it handles calendars, channel manager, prices, guest communications. What Krossbooking doesn't do is financial management control: it tells you how much came in, but not how much actually ends up in your pocket after OTA commissions, VAT, cleaning, utilities, fees, taxes.

Does the integration work for direct bookings on Krossbooking too?
Yes. Dott.House imports all bookings you see in your Krossbooking PMS, including direct ones entered manually and those from connected OTAs (Booking, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.). For each booking it tracks: gross amount, OTA commission (if any), city tax, length, property.
What happens if I change data in Krossbooking after the import?
Changes are propagated at the next sync cycle (within 1 hour). Example: if you cancel a booking in Krossbooking, it's also cancelled in Dott.House's margin calculations. If you edit a rate, it's updated. Krossbooking remains the source of truth for booking data; Dott.House only adds the management-control layer.
How much does the Krossbooking integration cost?
